Project Kids & Mommy Konnect's intention is to provide transportation for up to 3 Biological CHILDREN of an incarcerated woman as well as 1 adult (Chaperone). We will not provide transportation to anyone that is not currently on the inmate's visiting list. If you knowingly falsify information in order to obtain a ride to the correctional facility and are unable to complete a visit your transportation with PKMK becomes void and you will be responsible for a different mode of transportation for your return trip to Philadelphia. Failure to comply with LFTI's PKMK Transportation Program Guidelines will result in immediate termination from our program and future transportation with PKMK will be prohibited.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN YOUR REQUEST PLEASE BE CERTAIN TO HAVE ALL NECESSARY PAPERWORK HANDY, YOU WILL NEED TO UPLOAD IT IN ORDER TO SUBMIT YOUR REQUEST.
